Your Story Matters
I am an Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with 20 years experience helping people with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and the breadth of issues that arise in general psychiatry, through evidence based talk therapy and rational medication management when indicated. I enter each interaction with compassion for and interest in the well-being of the person seeking help. My goal is to deliver sound medical care with warmth and empathy, in collaboration with you. Because while asking for help is often hard, receiving the help should not be. I look forward to meeting you.
I attended medical school at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. I completed my Internship in Internal Medicine, Residency Training in Adult Psychiatry and Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the MGH/McLean Hospital Combined Program in Boston and Belmont, MA.
I am an Instructor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Staff Psychiatrist at McLean Hospital and maintain my private outpatient psychiatry practice in Newton Centre, MA.
I am accepting new patients. Please note, I do not currently have late afternoon, evening or weekend availability. I will update the site as my availability changes.
